One typical morning, the founder of Tsmine Jason was busy in cleaning his home. As a pet lover with two lively dogs, his home was filled with joy but also presented numerous cleaning challenges. The pet hair, dirt, and lingering odors became a constant struggle in his daily cleaning routine.During a casual conversation with friends, Jason realized he wasn’t alone in this struggle. Many households, especially those with pets, were grappling with the same issue. Traditional mops on the market either failed to clean thoroughly or had poor designs that led to cross-contamination, leaving the floors far from truly clean.

After researching, he realized that the mop buckets on the market were too monotonous and was determined to create a new mop . Despite the lack of experience and challenges at the beginning of the development process, we always put customers' feedback at the forefront of our minds. Finally our first-generation product---FunClean was launched in 2017, which is not only powerful, but also incorporates a fun design in the hope that users will find joy in cleaning.However, although we got great progress in cleaning ways, the issues on pets’ hair and odors still existed.

At that time, one of our customers Venice, asked if it was possible to design a mop bucket that truly separates fresh water from dirty water.We saw this as a task with both challenges and opportunities.If we really did it,then it can solve all pet owners’ confusion. Through extensive research and continuous product optimization, we launched our 2nd product, RinseWise—a unique mop with four compartments that separate clean and dirty water, ensuring every mopping session uses clean water. This innovation prevents dirt and keeps floors genuinely clean and fresh. Jason remembers: “We are very grateful to every one of our customers who have provided us with valuable feedback, and it is because of them that we are able to improve ourselves continuously.
